Q: What is your return policy for items purchased online?
A: Books purchased online can be returned anytime within 30 days. Art supplies or sewing supplies can also be returned within 30 days only if it has its original packaging. Damaged or defective items will be exchanged.

A: Yes, we do special order items that are not currently online. Just call the store directly and we will be pleased to assist you.
